If your kitchen uses DosFlow: what you put in — ingredients, recipes, vendors, counts, waste logs — plus your sales history, either uploaded by you or pulled from your POS. That data exists for exactly one purpose: writing your order list and prep list.
You connect Square through Square's own login page. DosFlow never sees your password, has read-only access to sales, can't touch money, and can't change anything in your Square account. You can disconnect it with one click, anytime.
We don't sell your data. We don't share your recipes, your prices, or your numbers with anyone — not other kitchens, not vendors, not advertisers. Your data isn't the product; the lists are.
Everything travels over HTTPS. Sign-in is passwordless (a magic link to your email — nothing to steal, nothing to reuse). POS connection tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Every kitchen's data is isolated from every other kitchen's.
Cancel anytime — it's monthly, there's no contract. Ask us to delete your data and we will, and we'll confirm it in writing.
